CCQ Magazine Presents: 100% Beefcock & the Titsburster.
The ‘Wall of noise art rockers’ will be causing a ruckus upstairs at The Abacus Rooms in the heart of Cardiff on Saturday 28 November. The band are fresh back from LA where they have been recording with iconic producer Steve Albini. Earlier this year CCQ had the pleasure of seeing them open for Sarah Lucas’ British Pavilion show at the 2015 Venice Biennale, these girls get around, and rightly so, as CCQ state ‘They are the tits. Literally’.

Beefcock will be supported by two local bands:

WolfPunch
Self-proclaimed “Cardiff based Punk C***s”
(We have been told they’re actually a nice bunch of lads)

Jemma Roper

The event is hosted by the CCQ Team to celebrate the launch of Huw Alden Davies‘ photographic project, Prince. Huw’s project has been featured as part of Diffusion Festival and the resulting publication will be accompanied by a show of new work at Elysium Gallery in Swansea in late November. Huw’s work will be show in a series of projections on the night.

Doors at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £5 in advance through Eventbrite and Spillers Records (£6 on the door). Please note: Tickets are limited. This event will be upstairs, where there is unfortunately no disabled access.
